Who We Are
Dr Susan Kent is the CEO of ArrowHealth. She established ArrowHealth in response to a growing need for patients to access timely healthcare.
She has over 35 years of clinical nursing care experience, with an extensive and varied range of skills to meet your needs.

The ArrowHealth team is made up of experienced nurses who have worked in acute and community health care areas and who understand the problems faced by patients trying to access timely clinical nursing care outside of hospital settings.
My Story: Midwife, Nurse & Mom of 3
I have a long and eventful professional career as a nurse, midwife and public health nurse. I have worked and studied in Ireland and the UK and am educated to Doctorate level. I have extensive experience in acute, community, management, operations, Department of Health policy development, national HSE corporate and academic arenas. I am active in service developments particularly in integrated care both nationally and internationally (Italy and china).
I am a Board member and sub-committee member in charitable organisations. I am also a member of the National Screening Advisory Committee established after the publication of the Scally report into Cervical Screening. I was also one of the members of the Slaintecare Implementation Plan and have extensive experience of working in the community and therefore identify with the challenges and solutions available to implementing the principles of Slåintecare.
I believe ArrowHealth will demonstrate the solution to meeting the nursing care of patients in the community therefore operationalising the community-based principles of Slåintecare. I am also the proud mother of three children.
